As a Multi Menu franchisee you will have to

  • Plan your sales and the ongoing expansion of your territory
  • Prepare a business plan and establish objectives for both sales and development
  • Apply the marketing systems proposed by the Franchisor or Master franchisee
  • Seek customers by using door-to-door, telemarketing, marketing and promotional methods.
  • Offer the best quality service to your customers (delivery, sales and follow-up)
  • Inform the customer of the advantages of Multi Menu products
  • Sell additional products to maximize profit and ensure that the consumer recognizes that Multi Menu offers all products for their pets Identify the potential promotional partners, the media, charitable causes, competition and business opportunities in your territory, and provide this information to your Franchisor and your Master franchisee in order to implement development systems and marketing adapted to your needs
  • Publicize and promote
  • Establish a computerized listing of clients (e-mail) to facilitate promotion and solicitation
  • Prepare and ship orders
  • Do your business book-keeping Keep yourself up-to-date in new technologies offered, in order to improve your business management Follow training courses (products, marketing techniques etc.)
  • Participate in shows, fairs and exhibitions in your territory Implement a new customer reference program
